Vegetable Dip Worth Eating

This is from Ina Garten. I renamed it, because I have had a surfeit of boring veggie dips, and this one is not that.


Servings: 10-15

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 4 green onions, white and green parts, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and blend. Serve at room temperature.

Chefs Tip:

I use low-fat everything in this and it still tastes great!
