Mostly Connie’s Chicken Nuggets

Kid favorite!


Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (approximately 2 pounds) chicken tenders

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • 2 cup dried bread crumbs, crushed Ritz crackers, or Corn Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel.

  3. Pour dressing and crumbs in 2 shallow dishes.

  4. Dredge chicken first in dressing, then in crumbs and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serve.
