Mostly Connie’s Chicken Nuggets
Kid favorite!
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 package (approximately 2 pounds) chicken tenders
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cup dried bread crumbs, crushed Ritz crackers, or Corn Flakes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
Pour dressing and crumbs in 2 shallow dishes.
Dredge chicken first in dressing, then in crumbs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serve.
