Mom’s Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1 egg
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup whipping cream
½ cup half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon lemon extract
1 ¼ cup milk
Instructions:
Beat egg and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add whipping cream, half and half, vanilla, lemon extract and salt. Beat well.
Add milk.
Freeze according to freezer directions.
